1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By registering an account with betrpo, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any feature of the betrpo platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any applicable policies including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy referenced herein.

1.2 These Terms apply to all users of the betrpo platform regardless of geographic location, device, or access method. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the betrpo platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances in your jurisdiction before registering or playing.

1.3 betrpo reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Restriction. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service offered by betrpo. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are 18 years of age or older. betrpo strictly prohibits underage gambling and will terminate any account found to be held by a person under 18 without notice, retaining any deposits made by that account.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using betrpo is lawful in your jurisdiction. betrpo makes no representation that its services are legal in any particular jurisdiction. Players must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws before using the platform.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one betrpo account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method will be considered duplicate accounts. betrpo reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void all associated bets and casino play, and confiscate any winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

2.4 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your betrpo account, including your full name, date of birth, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

2.5 betrpo reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, or source of funds documentation) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betrpo account credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any OTP codes received. You must not share account access with any third party.

3.2 All activity conducted through your betrpo account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. betrpo is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

3.3 You must notify betrpo immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.

3.4 betrpo accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Methods. betrpo accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, debit card, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed in the betrpo cashier at the time of transaction.

4.2 Currency. All transactions on the betrpo platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) unless otherwise indicated. betrpo is not responsible for currency conversion fees applied by your payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. betrpo reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be delayed if the account is flagged for suspicious activity.

4.4 Own Funds. You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Using funds belonging to a third party, or funds derived from illegal activity, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.5 betrpo does not pay interest on deposited funds. Funds deposited to your betrpo wallet are used solely for the purpose of gaming activity on the platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 From time to time betrpo may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 betrpo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. One bonus per player, household, and payment method applies unless a promotion specifies otherwise.

5.4 Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, multi-accounting, or using VPN services to claim region-restricted promotions — constitutes a breach of these Terms. betrpo reserves the right to void bonus winnings and close accounts engaged in such activity.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 All bets placed on the betrpo sportsbook are governed by the specific sporting rules applicable to the market in question. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, betrpo's decision shall be final and binding.

6.2 betrpo reserves the right to void bets placed on any market affected by data errors, obvious pricing mistakes, system malfunctions, or suspicious betting patterns. In the event of a void, stakes are returned to the player's betrpo wallet.

6.3 Casino games operate on certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems or live dealer mechanics. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

6.4 betrpo does not accept bets from individuals acting on insider information or in collusion with others to gain an unfair advantage. Accounts identified as engaged in match-fixing or collusion will be closed immediately and relevant authorities notified where required.

6.5 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface on the betrpo platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 You agree that you will not use the betrpo platform for any of the following purposes:

• Any activity that violates applicable law, regulation, or ordinance in any relevant jurisdiction;
• Fraudulent activity, including using stolen payment credentials or providing false identity information;
• Laundering funds of any origin through gaming activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the betrpo platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing betrpo staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Accessing the platform through a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.

7.2 betrpo reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, void all associated bets and winnings, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the betrpo platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and design elements, is the intellectual property of betrpo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the betrpo platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, or used for commercial purposes without betrpo's prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betrpo, its directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

9.2 betrpo does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions may occasionally affect platform availability. betrpo is not liable for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime.

9.3 Gambling involves inherent financial risk. betrpo is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of gaming or betting activity on the platform. You acknowledge that you participate at your own risk and that losses are a normal and expected outcome of gambling.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 betrpo is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides players with tools to manage their gaming activity. These tools include deposit limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion, and account cooling-off periods, all accessible via Account Settings or by contacting support.

11. Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your betrpo account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of pending bonus wagering obligations) will be refunded to your last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable period.

11.2 Platform-Initiated Closure. betrpo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent or illegal activity; failure to complete identity verification; or prolonged inactivity. In cases of platform-initiated closure due to breach, betrpo may retain balance amounts as permitted by applicable law.

11.3 Account data is retained following closure in accordance with betrpo's Privacy Policy and applicable legal retention requirements.

12. Amendments to Terms

12.1 betrpo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on file. Continued use of the betrpo platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cease using the betrpo platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

13.1 These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of applicable law. betrpo makes no representation that its services comply with the laws of any particular jurisdiction; players are responsible for assessing their own legal position.
